Restore purchases

Open Settings (the gear icon on the home screen) and tap Restore purchases (the Patinio Pro screen has a Restore button too).

Use the same Apple Account you bought Patinio Pro with. This also works on a new iPhone and after reinstalling the app.

Cancel a subscription

Patinio Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple, so it is cancelled in your Apple Account, not in the app: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Patinio and tap Cancel Subscription. While Patinio Pro is active, Manage subscription in Settings (the gear icon on the home screen) opens the same page.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or the free trial ends to avoid the next charge; you keep Patinio Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Apple handles all payments and refunds; to ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your data

On your iPhone:

• To delete one appraisal or one object of your collection, swipe left on it in History or in Collection.
• Settings → Clear history deletes all appraisals on your phone; objects in your collection stay.
• Deleting the app removes its data from your phone, except the random device identifier, which the iPhone keychain can keep.

Object photos, appraisal results and problem reports are deleted from our server automatically after 90 days at the latest (the privacy policy lists every period). To have them deleted earlier, write to us from Settings → Contact support, so that the e-mail includes your device identifier.

Languages

Patinio is available in English, French, Dutch, Italian, German and Simplified Chinese. It follows your iPhone’s language. If your iPhone lists more than one preferred language, you can choose another one for Patinio only: open the Settings app, find Patinio (under Apps on iOS 18 and later) and tap Language.
